What is a Virtual Assistant (VA)?

Virtual Assistant, E-ssistant, Personal Virtual Assistant - so many hats, but all basically covering the
same functions for both businesses and personal needs.

Through the use of technology (e-mail, Internet, fax, phone, etc.), a VA assist individuals and small
businesses with a multitude of tasks.  These tasks are completed via a remote office (often times a
home office) and on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

*A Virtual Assistant (or simply VA), is an independent contractor providing administrative, technical,
or sometimes creative assistance to clients--usually to other independent entrepreneurs and solo
and small business practices, such as that of a lawyer or realtor. Virtual assistants work from their
own office (hence "virtual"), thus making it a fairly popular (and growing) profession. It is estimated
that there are about 5,000-8,000 virtual assistants worldwide. Common modes of communication
and data delivery include the Internet, File Transfer Protocol (FTP), and fax machine. Although the
occupation gives a degree of independence, work is on a contractual basis, and a long-lasting
cooperation is standard. Typically 5 years of administrative experience in an office is expected at
such positions as executive assistant, secretary, legal assistant, paralegal, legal secretary, real
estate assistant, office manager, etc.

How Can a VA Help Me?

Are you a Die-Hard-Go-Getter?  Do you feel there is so much to do in a day and you are running
out of steam?  Is your family missing you?  If you answered yes to any of these questions, you need
my help - FAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let's face it, we all have our strengths (trained professions) and our weaknesses.  So when it
comes down to it, would you rather be spending time working on your strength (which you have
invested countless hours and dollars perfecting) or trying to perfect your weaknesses (which you
most likely loathe in the first place)?  In other words, would you want to perform brain surgery on
yourself or let the brain surgeon do it for you?  Now, I know which I would choose.

Remember, you will be more productive and satisfied by building a team to help you accomplish
your goals.  In building this team, you can free up your time by delegating work such as customer
service, administrative, bookkeeping, etc. to your team.  In freeing up your time, you now have the
opportunity to go find those new customers.  Just one new customer per team member pays for
your team members and any additional customers are just gravy.  The Return on Investment (ROI)
will  greatly reward your generosity and trust that you delegate to your team.

Hello, my name is Tricia and as your VA I can assist you with your business and/or your personal
life so that you can be that Die-Hard-Go-Getter with your profession (and your family).  Just to
mention a few areas:

Assistant Services, Website Services, Computer Programming, and much, much more.

Maybe you have an event that you need coordinated - A Corporate Picnic, Seminar, Wedding,
Family Reunion, you name it and I will coordinate everything for you.  I search for the best rates
and quality for your event, handle document preparations -seminar packets, invitations, thank you
notes, etc.- make reservations, and much, much more.

How Affordable is a VA?

Now, I know you are wondering about the affordability of a VA - as anyone should be.  So let's put it
into perspective.  How much are you worth?

How much money are you loosing by spending hours upon hours completing tasks that
earn you
$0.00?

How many hours would a VA free up for you and how much can you now earn since you
are no longer spending countless hours completing those zero dollar earning tasks?
Here is your ROI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AND remember, this is the VA's speciality so what may take you hours upon hours to
complete would often take a VA an hour or less.

Now you can see that contracting with my VA services is worth its weight in gold.
