TRICIA KOS' BIO
Owner of Quality Business Solutions, LLC AND Virtual Assistant
I (Tricia Kos) received my certification in Information Processing Management from South Central
Career College and have completed over 80 hours toward an Associates Degree in Business
Management through the St. Charles Community College.
My career in the administrative field began in 1992, at the Arkansas State Department of Education,
where I was the Administrative Assistant to two professionals covering five statewide programs. In
this position my duties included writing grants/letters/memos, coordinating/hosting statewide
events, and scheduling meetings, among many other things.
I continued my career in 1995 at UniGroup, Inc. (world Headquarters for United Van Lines and
Mayflower moving companies), located in a suburb of St. Louis, Missouri, assisting the Director of
Revenue Distribution, two managers, eight supervisors, and 70 clerks in their day-to-day activities.
In this position my duties included: writing and running IBM Mainframe End-user Reports,
downloading reports into Lotus, handling customer correspondence with professional courtesy,
assisting in hiring and training personnel, and more.
